This workshop is for anybody who has been newly appointed as a supervisor or manager, or those aspiring to move into such a role.

How long does it take?
The course runs from 9.30am until 4.30pm
What is covered?
During the course, learners will define the role and responsibilities of a manager; understand the differences between a manager and an individual contributor; devise strategies to effectively balance the needs of individuals, teams and organisations; be able to deliver effective feedback; be able to undertake difficult conversations with team members; create a personal action pan to apply their learnings and make a difference.
How much does it cost?
Places cost £249 + VAT. This includes tuition, a course workbook to take away, refreshments and lunch.
